 Brothers Realty Corporation has appointed CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  as the exclusive leasing agent at 805 Third Avenue.

Located on East 50th Street and Third Avenue, 805 Third Avenue is a 31-story, 540,000 square-foot office building developed in 1982 by Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation and designed by Emery Roth Emery Roth (1871 – August 20, 1948) was a Hungarian-American architect who built many of the definitive New York City hotels and apartment buildings of the 1920s and 30s, incorporating Beaux-Arts and Art Deco details.  & Sons.
