 that makes you love her for herself. She attracted the world's attention with her unique skating style, but her story reveals the slow grinding advancement into the difficult moves. Cohen began her skating career at the age of seven when it became apparent that gymnastics gymnastics, exercises for the balanced development of the body (see also aerobics), or the competitive sport derived from these exercises. Although the ancient Greeks (who invented the building called a gymnasium  was not her sport. She advanced through the different levels always a little behind her age group until she mastered the moves. She relates her failures, disappointments, victories, injuries and recoveries. Her story is a genuine blow-by-blow account of practice, endurance training Endurance training is the deliberate act of exercising to increase stamina and endurance. Exercises for endurance tends to be aerobic in nature versus anaerobic movements. Aerobic exercise develops slow twitch muscles.  and competition, with a little off-the-ice experience thrown in to add interest and insight. Cohen is obviously well supported and hardship is related to the challenges of skating and overcoming the setback of injury. She credits her family for their loyalty and especially her room, "for not being a crazy skating mom, but a pillar of support."
