The judging process, which included a team of 14 CIO editors, writers, art designers and web developers, was based on the following criteria: 1) how well the site delivered on its business objectives; 2) how the design and technical attributes of the site contributes to its success; and, 3) how well the blend of technology and design matched the need of the site's target audience.

"Delivering on a our business objectives was a key factor in Blah Blah's design," said David Leveen, Principal, "it's exactly what we do with each site we create for our clients."

Blah Blah was created on the premise that employees are a company's greatest knowledge resource.
