Tim O'Leary appointed Vice President of Physician Services;

Richard Russell named Senior Vice President

of Information Technology and Business Planning

Cogent Healthcare, Inc., one of the nation's leading providers of inpatient management services, has recently made two key senior executive appointments. Tim O'Leary has joined the company as vice president of Physician Services and Richard Russell has been named senior vice president of Information Technology and Business Planning.

Russell will be responsible for the company's information technology and business planning functions. In these roles, he will lead the development and implementation of Cogent's IT strategy, software applications, voice/data services, automated management reporting systems, and company-wide business planning programs.

O'Leary reports to Ron Greeno, M.D., chief medical officer and senior vice president of physician services and Russell will report to Alan Puzarne, president and chief executive officer of Cogent Healthcare, Inc.
