Cogent Closes Public Offering of Primary and Secondary Shares.

Medical supplies, clothing, and transportation and electronic equipment are manufactured. , Calif. -- Cogent Systems (Nasdaq:COGT) announced today the closing of its public offering of 12,650,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $25.50 per share. 4,000,000 shares were offered by the company, and 8,650,000 were sold by certain executive officers and stockholders of the company. These share amounts include 1,650,000 shares sold by a selling stockholder as a result of the underwriters' exercise of their over-allotment option in full at the closing.
