Cogent Capital to Begin $5 Million Dollar Private Placement for Viper Networks.

:VPER VPER Vice President for External Relations ) announced today that Cogent Capital will begin a $5 million dollar private placement of restricted common stock as the first in a series of steps to assist the Company in obtaining a listing on the American Stock Exchange American Stock Exchange (AMEX)

Viper Networks Vice President of Finance, Jason Sunstein, commented, "We hope to quickly complete the private placement with Cogent Capital as it will assist the Company in meeting the Shareholder Equity requirements for a listing on the AMEX, the first in a series of steps in the listing process."
