Cogency Software Names Eric Graber Vice President of Sales; Experienced Executive Joins Management Team to Take Proven Technology to Market.

Graber joins Cogency Software from Serena Software, Inc. (Nasdaq:SRNA) where he served as Vice President of North American Sales. Graber will draw upon his rapid growth experience at Serena to propel Cogency Software to market leadership in the exciting emerging category of real-time business activity monitoring and management.

Prior to joining Cogency Software, Mr. Graber spent 3 years at Serena Software where he was responsible for revenues of over $100 Million. He has also held executive positions at CareerBuilder.com, a developer of Internet Recruitment technology, at Sybase, a Distributed Systems Management provider, where he was responsible for revenues in excess of $70 Million, and 10 years with Legent Corporation as Divisional Vice President, a company that grew from $7 Million to over $500 Million during his tenure. Graber received his Bachelors in Mathematics with concentration in Computer Mathematics from San Jose State University.
