Mr. Barker is a 25 year veteran of the specialty coffee industry with extensive experience in all facets of coffee from the "Tree to Cup." Mr. Barker will be responsible for Coffee Pacifica's Quality Assurance Program including training and coffee cupping Coffee cupping, or coffee tasting, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. PNG Coffee Growers Federation Ltd. ("PNGCGF") is our strategic partner and a major shareholder.
