Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has named Chas Hermann as senior vice president of marketing and Brian Ho as senior director of information technology. Hermann was most recently senior vice president of retail marketing for Commerce Bank. Ho was previously store systems director at Smart & Final Inc.
