Dennis E. Wheeler, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer said: "This award recognizes the total dedication by Coeur employees to mine safety. Our employees are committed to making Rochester one of the safest mining operations in the world. Rochester also recently received a Certificate of Honor from the Joseph H. Holmes Safety Association for working over four million hours without incurring a single permanently disabling accident."
