:CDE) (TSX:CDM) (ASX:CXC) today announced that 100% of its $75 million of Senior Secured Floating Rate Convertible Notes due 2012 have been converted into common stock.

After giving effect to these conversions, the Company's outstanding common shares total approximately 673.9 million shares.
