The exchange began as an informal meeting of 24 men in 1792 on what is now Wall Street in New York City. ("NYSE") has removed the company from its "Watch List" and now considers Coeur a "company in good standing" in relation to the NYSE's continued listing standards. Coeur was first advised by the NYSE in November 2000 that the company was not in compliance with its continued listing standards. Dennis E.
