Coca-Cola Deepens Partnership with RecycleBank as Official Non-Alcoholic Beverage

ATLANTA -- Coca-Cola and RecycleBank today announced a non-alcoholic beverage sponsorship agreement that will significantly enhance the variety of rewards offered to RecycleBank's members for recycling through RecycleBank. Beginning in February, consumers participating in the RecycleBank program may redeem their earned RecycleBank points to select from a variety of fun rewards from the Coca-Cola family of brands and partners. Coca-Cola rewards will deliver up to $600,000 in retail value to the RecycleBank beverage category. RecycleBank households also will have the opportunity to redeem RecycleBank Points for Coca-Cola sponsored My Coke Rewards My Coke Rewards is a customer loyalty marketing campaign from Coca-Cola. Customers enter codes from specially marked packages of Coca-Cola products into a website. These codes are converted into virtual "points" which can in turn be redeemed for various prizes or sweepstakes  Points, the successful online loyalty program for consumers of Coca-Cola products.

RecycleBank dramatically increases curbside recycling rates by offering participating households rewards for their recycling efforts. RecycleBank's proprietary technology measures the amount of material recycled and then converts that amount into RecycleBank Points that can be redeemed for rewards at hundreds of local and national partners. More than 900 local and national businesses partner with RecycleBank in order to encourage RecycleBank members towards greener behaviors and increased recycling habits.
