Shareholders approved the payment of a dividend in the amount of Ps. 809 million. The dividend will be paid on May 15, 2007 in the amount of Ps. 0.4380 for each ordinary share, equivalent to Ps. 4.38 per ADR ADR - Astra Digital Radio , an increase of 12% in real terms as compared to the dividend paid for 2005.
