Coca-Cola Enterprises Coca-Cola Enterprises NYSE: CCE is the largest bottler by volume in the Coca-Cola System. It is the anchor bottler for North America and parts of Europe.

 today announced that the Board of Directors has elected new vice presidents and officers. The Board elected Shaun B. Higgins as senior vice president, chief planning officer; Scott Anthony as vice president and director of investor relations Investor relations

Mr. Higgins has worked in the Coca-Cola system for 17 years. He joined Coca-Cola Enterprises in 1997 and served as Group Vice President of the Northeast Region and, most recently, as Vice President and President, European Group.

Mr. Anthony has worked with Coca-Cola Enterprises for 13 years. He has worked in Finance, Acquisitions, and most recently, as Corporate Director of Investor Relations.

Ms. Benton joined Coca-Cola Enterprises in 1988 and has served in several capacities in Finance, Planning and Acquisitions, and Internal Auditing at our European headquarters in London and our corporate headquarters in Atlanta. She most recently served as Director, Internal Audit.

Mr. Johnson joined Coca-Cola Enterprises in April 2001 as Vice President, Labor, and serves as Vice President, Labor and Employee Relations. Prior to joining the Company, he was managing partner of Johnson, Matte and Hobgood law firm in Atlanta.

Ms. King-Lavinder joined Coca-Cola Enterprises in 1990 as Manager, Cash and Banking. She has served as Assistant Treasurer since 1998, and has more than 20 years experience in Treasury, beginning her career at Wachovia Bank and RJR Nabisco RJR Nabisco, Inc., was an American conglomerate formed in 1985 by the merger of Nabisco Brands and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. RJR Nabisco was purchased in 1988 by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in the second largest leveraged buyout in history, adjusted for inflation. .

Mr. Kunerth brings worldwide experience to Coca-Cola Enterprises in Human Resources, formerly serving S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. in Europe, Central America Central America, narrow, southernmost region (c.202,200 sq mi/523,698 sq km) of North America, linked to South America at Colombia. It separates the Caribbean from the Pacific.  and South America. He joined Coca-Cola Enterprises in 1997 as Group Vice President, Human Resources Europe, and now serves as Vice President, Human Resources Processes in Atlanta.

Mr. McCalley joined the Coca-Cola system in 1989. He became General Counsel Europe for Coca-Cola Enterprises in 1999, and most recently served as Deputy General Counsel at the Company's corporate headquarters.
