)(AMS AMS - Andrew Message System ) today announced that the previously disclosed public offering of 2,610,000 shares of AMS common stock has been priced at $18.00 per share. The shares are being sold by Blue Cross & Blue Shield United of Wisconsin, a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
