Cobalt Communications Group Acquires Commercial Interactive Business of mediaFORGE.


SALT LAKE CITY -- mediaFORGE, a leading provider of media-rich, viral Web technology, announced today that Cobalt Communications Group, a Salt Lake City-based marketing services firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of mediaFORGE's commercial interactive business. mediaFORGE will continue to operate its remaining community and technology businesses.
