BELLVUE, Wash. -- Coattec Industries, Inc (PinkSheets-CTCX) previously announced that shareholders of record November 12th, 2004 will receive 50 shares for each 1 share held as of that date.

The stock will begin trading split adjusted November 15th, under the ticker symbol Ticker Symbol
