BELLVUE, Wash. -- Coattec Industries, Inc (PinkSheets-CTCX) today announced that shareholders of record November 12th, 2004 will receive 50 shares for each 1 share held as of that date.

The stock will begin trading split adjusted November 15th with a new trading symbol to be announced. The company anticipates that the split will provide more liquidity for the company's common stock, currently traded on the Pink Sheet market-CTCX.
