The Coates Technology: The Coates Spherical Rotary Valve Combustion Engine (CSRV) is a radical departure from the conventional poppet valve combustion engine. It creates greater volumetric efficiencies, and allows higher compression ratios to be utilized in a combustion engine. The results are more horsepower, lower fuel consumption, ultra low emission, and its adaptability to internal combustion engines of all types and sizes. CIL has recently been awarded vital patents that protect the CSRV worldwide.

Management is very excited, as the Company has received hundreds of millions of dollars of firm orders, and over 1.5 billion dollars in provisional orders for its industrial CSRV co-gen systems. The provisional orders are subject to final testing, which is being done at present. The company is planning its production phase, and is considering the most economically viable venue in which to set up its manufacturing operations. Negotiations are in play with the states of Florida, Oklahoma, and New Jersey. Management is also seriously reviewing offers of incentives and funding from such countries as Australia, China, England, Germany, France, and others.

Management believes that the CSRV engine will revolutionize the automotive and engine world, and will bring the combustion engine up-to-date and into the next century.
