Coat co. renews at 463 Seventh Ave.

Adams & Co. recently brokered a seven-year, 10,111 s/f lease renewal at 463 Seventh Ave. for Bernardo Fashions, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

LLC - Logical Link Control , a maker of coats, outerwear and other apparel.

Although terms of the lease were undisclosed, asking rents were $32 per square foot.

of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction. The space will serve as offices and a showroom for the growing company. "While utilizing innovative business concepts and a trendy apparel line, Bernardo Fashions has wisely chosen to keep their showroom base in the Fashion District, thus attracting one-stop wholesale shoppers in a specialty building," Levy said.

Bernardo Fashions is best known for manufacturing the first truly machine-washable suede garments.
