Coastcom and Ryder Communications Announce Distribution Partnership.

ALAMEDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 2004

Coastcom today announced the signing of a distribution agreement with Ryder Communications, Inc., a leading provider of new and refurbished telecommunications hardware, located in Sparta, NJ.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ryder Communications will distribute Coastcom's full line of D/I D/I Due-In
D/I Debt to Income ratio
D/I Drop/Insert
D/I Distinctive Insignia
D/I Decimation/Interpolation
 Mux III, R Series, AIM, and Digital Program Channel products.
