:PAR) announced that it elected Luann G. Smith as a new member of the board of directors.

Ms. Smith, age 46, presently and since October 2000 has been the President of Statoil Marketing & Trading (US) Inc., a wholly-owned US subsidiary of Statoil ASA Asa (ā`sə), in the Bible, king of Judah, son and successor of Abijah. He was a good king, zealous in his extirpation of idols. When Baasha of Israel took Ramah (a few miles N of Jerusalem), Asa bought the help of Benhadad of Damascus and , Norway. Prior to October 2000, Ms. Smith worked at Statoil headquarters and was responsible for International Products Supply and Trading from 1997 to 2000 and Natural Gas Liquids from 1995 to 1997. Prior to Statoil, Ms. Smith held various positions in crude oil and products trading at various oil companies.
