Coastal Training Technologies Produces New Anthrax Awareness Training Video As Part of Seven-Part Series To Help Organizations Respond to Terrorist Threats.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 2001

In response to customer requests, Coastal Training Technologies has produced a new 13-minute training video designed to help organizations worldwide respond to the growing threats of anthrax anthrax (ăn`thrăks), acute infectious disease of animals that can be secondarily transmitted to humans. It is caused by a bacterium (Bacillus anthracis .

Anthrax Awareness was released November 2, selling more than 800 copies in its first week. The video helps organizations educate their workforce about recognizing and responding to potential anthrax threats, and demonstrates precautions to take in the event of anthrax exposure.
