The Coastal Living Idea House will be built in the luxury bayfront La Scala tower within the 809-acre expanse of The Colony. Opening for tours in September 2003, the house will remain open through the end of March 2004 and will be featured in the November/December 2003 issue of Coastal Living.

The Idea House

Overlooking Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico, La Scala consists of 64 luxury tower residences priced from $1.32 million to $1.77 million in 17 residential levels over three levels of amenities and parking. Tower homes ranging from 3,510 to 4,260 square feet and penthouses spanning 6,720 to 7,160 square feet are available. Three penthouses priced from $3.85 million to $4.05 million, including a two-story penthouse, are also available.
