Coastal Holdings, Inc. Announces Completion of Initial Investment in Major Parcel of Land in Paris, France; Company to Initiate Stock Buyback Program.


HOUSTON -- Coastal Holdings, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: CSJJ), today announced that, through its affiliate company, it has completed the initial investment in the 1 square kilometer kilometer

one thousand (103) meters; 3280.83 feet; five-eighths of a mile; abbreviated km.
 parcel of land ("the Property") in Paris, France. With this investment, the Company has secured 50% ownership of the Property. The Property is presently in the process of being de-zoned, which will take approximately 6 to 18 months to complete.

Coastal Holdings is planning to undertake up to an 80 million euro, 5 to 10 year urban development project on this Property, which is located about 12 kilometers from the capital city of Paris. The location of the Property for this development project is ideal and will be in high demand as it is situated on the Ile de France (Paris), mainly in the Essonne region, which is in close proximity to the train stations (the SNCF SNCF Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français (French National Railways)
