(the "Company") (Nasdaq:CDEN CDEN Canadian Design Engineering Network ) announced Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer, Joseph R. Smith, will be leaving the Company in the near future. Mr. Smith will remain with the Company in his current capacity until his successor is found and the duties are transitioned. Mr. Smith's departure will also leave a vacancy VACANCY.
