("Coast Dental") announced that it has filed a Form S-1 Registration Statement today with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Coast Dental is expected to offer to the public 1,600,000 shares of common stock. The company has granted the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase 300,000 shares of common stock.
