Coalition for Free Trade Applauds 6th Circuit Court of Appeals Denial of Michigan Re-Hearing.

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 2003

On August 28, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Michigan's ban on direct-to-consumer shipments from out-of-state wineries is unconstitutional, overturning a lower court ruling.
