Coal couldn't be sold, no question of loss: Kapil Sibal.

) demand of cancelling the 142 licences in coal block allocation, saying the allocation didn't cause any loss to the nation.

 Minister Kapil Sibal denied that they had allowed a loss to the exchequer by allocation of coal blocks.

"The coal couldn't have been sold and so there is no question of loss," Sibal said.

He also accused the BJP of misleading the nation and urged the Opposition to engage in a parliamentary debate.
