Coaching's on the ball; North Glasgow strike a great partnership.IT WAS a good game plan when North Glasgow College and the Scottish FA teamed up to give students real coaching experience. The successful partnership, which kicked off four years ago, enables sports coaching students to achieve Scottish FA Coach Education qualifications in return for volunteering in local secondary schools. Paul McNeill, Scottish FA regional manager, said: "The partnership with North Glasgow College is fantastic. "It not only provides students with a football qualification but, more importantly, it enables them to gain the vital skills that employers will look for once they leave college." One of the great success stories of the programme is Stephen Gallacher Stephen Gallacher (born 1 November 1974) is a Scottish golfer.
