), a leading marketer of modern classic American accessories, today announced the appointment of Michael F. Devine, III to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Devine joins Coach from Mother's Work, Inc., the world's largest maternity apparel retailer and operator of A Pea in the Pod, Mimi Maternity, Motherhood and other chains. At Mother's Work, Mr. Devine was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial activities, physical distribution, human resources, legal and worldwide logistics for the $450 million company.
