CoStar ranks Insignia/ESG number one for New Jersey region. (New Jersey).

According to CoStar Group's first quarter 2002 done deals report, Insignia/ESG, Inc. has ranked as the number one commercial real estate services firm in total square footage leased of office and industrial properties. Insignia/ESG was also ranked number one for landlord and tenant representation of office properties.

Based on this analysis, during the first quarter of 2002, Insignia/ESG served as the landlord representative for office and industrial property leases totaling more than 800,000 SF combined, which was nearly 400,000 SF more than the closest competitor. In the office sector, Insignia/ESG served as the landlord representative for leases totaling approximately 700,000 SF, which was more than 300,000 SF higher than the closest competitor.

In addition, Insignia/ESG ranked number one in the consummation of office and industrial leases serving as a tenant representative for more than 1.2 million SF, nearly doubling the results of its closest competitor. In the office sector alone, the company was also the leading tenant representative consummating one million SF of leases, nearly three times its nearest competitor.
