Second-largest Electric Cooperative in Texas Leverages Telargo's Mobile Asset Management Solution to Provide Incomparable Service to Members and Customers

JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Telargo, Inc., a leading provider of mobile asset management solutions, announced today that CoServ Electric, an energy distribution cooperative based in Corinth, Texas, will be using Telargo's fleet management solution in all of its electric and gas service vehicles. The cooperative provides electricity services to more than 120,000 residential, commercial and industrial members in parts of Denton, Collin, Tarrant, Wise, Cooke and Grayson counties. The CoServ Gas subsidiary, established in 1998, provides natural gas services to more than 56,000 residential and commercial customers in North Texas. Telargo's solution will allow CoServ to maximize its fleet and equipment utilization, increase productivity and drive down operating costs.

Telargo enables customers to streamline operations and maximize the performance of their mobile assets using advanced technologies, such as global positioning systems (GPS), wireless communication, and digital mapping, coupled with comprehensive analysis and management software. Telargo's solution optimizes mobile asset usage for vehicles, machinery, trailers, vessels and drivers/operators.
