CoOperative Printing Solutions acquires Dayna's DL/2 and DL/2000 LocalTalk product line.SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 1994--Dayna Communications Inc. and CoOperative Printing Solutions Inc. (COPS), a leading supplier of AppleTalk for DOS/Windows products based in Atlanta, Monday announced an agreement whereby COPS has acquired Dayna's line of DL/2 and DL/2000 Novell-certified LocalTalk adapters for IBM-compatible computers. COPS will add the products to its current AppleTalk for DOS/Windows arsenal which includes COPSTalk for DOS and COPSTalk for Windows. The Dayna DL/2, and DL/2000 will be renamed COPS LT-95; COPS will begin handling sales and support for the Dayna product line Dec. 1, 1994. Dayna, which has shifted its focus to mobile networking products, welcomed the COPS purchase of the cards and support of current users of Dayna's DL/2 and DL/2000 products.
