CoMedia Corporation's Football Fest(TM) Celebrates an Early Start to Football Season.

LOS ANGELES -- CoMedia Corporation (Pink Sheets:CMTN) announces its American Football Alumni ("AFA") division's Football Fest[TM] pre-season launch. Those who love the gridiron will have the smell of freshly cleated grass in their nose a little early this year because of the efforts of an enterprising new organization, American Football Alumni. This division of CoMedia Corporation is preempting the Hall of Fame game on August 5th and beating the first pre-season start of August 9th.

This first event in San Diego is one of 4 pre-season events which will include San Diego on the 23rd of June, Phoenix on July 7th, Las Vegas on July 14th, and in the company's headquarter city of Los Angeles on July 29th. AFA plans to have events in major cities and small towns across the country during football season and the off season as well.

Curtis Watts, President of American Football Alumni, stated, "Football Fest[TM] is about re-uniting football players with team mates, worthy opponents and friends to share the love of the game. The June 23rd Football Fest[TM], the first of season, is being held at Seau's, The Restaurant in San Diego, California from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The site is perfect for a reunion of those that played the game in High School, College or the Pros.

On hand in San Diego, will be Jim "Sandman" Sandusky; a charter member of the American Football Alumni and a member of the City of San Diego "Hall of Fame". Jim played fourteen seasons professionally, mostly in Canada with B.C. Lions and the Edmonton Eskimos, before retiring in 1998. At 43, Jim now coaches the Lummi Blackhawks on Lummi Indian Reservation outside of Seattle. Jim's story epitomizes the AFA's attitudes about its members and their cherished sport. It's for the love of the game and nothing else, that Jim mixes his team's Gatorades, stocks the concession stand, and hauls the battery operated score keeper up the rocky hill near "Sandman Field". Jim's pure dedication to his players and to his sport is at the very heart of the American Football Alumni's mission.

Jim stated, "American Football Alumni is in no way just the elite players and coaches, in fact we are just guys from San Diego or wherever who now live in the San Diego area.
