CoCreate Software Inc., a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard Company, and Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE: PER) today announced that Perot Systems will serve as an Application Service Provider (ASP) for CoCreate's innovative OneSpace solution.

CoCreate's award-winning OneSpace collaboration technology is the industry's first CAD-independent, 3-D collaboration solution that enables all members of a mechanical-design team to interact with a geometric model in real time over the Internet. OneSpace allows distributed team members -- including customers, suppliers and decentralized companies' various divisions -- to share design information and work simultaneously on a model for rapid resolution of design conflicts or discussion of alternative production options.
