After evaluating several different 3-D systems, Canon said it chose SolidDesigner because of its ease of use, dynamic modeling approach and CoCreate's outstanding support program in Japan. With SolidDesigner, Canon found that new engineers could easily handle design changes and be up to speed and fully contributing within three to five days. Additionally, with SolidDesigner, Canon's engineers were able to seamlessly move from the trial stage to a full 3-D deployment. The business result for Canon is better products faster.
