CoCensys, Inc. announces offering of common stock.


IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 26, 1995--CoCensys, Inc. (Nasdaq: COCN COCN Certified Ostomy Care Nurse ) today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to a proposed offering of 2.0 million newly issued shares of Common Stock to select institutional investors. The placement agent for the offering is Hambrecht & Quist LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
