In addition to the exhibition booths displaying the latest products and services for co-ops and condos, the show offers free educational seminars, free advice booths manned by experts in the field, and door prizes offered exclusively to apartment owners, including an annual Grand Prize of one month's free maintenance for up to $1,000.

For the fifth year, The Cooperator's 16th Annual Co-op & Condo Expo is being at the New York Hilton, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, Americas Hall I & II. The Exhibition floors open at 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. Early information on the Expo may be obtained online at www.coopexpo.com.
