Caroline Bentley-Showell, operations manager See datacenter manager.  of Co-op Travel, and colleagues Lydia McPhilimey, Stacey Marshall, Tracey Armitage and Stacey Peach want to collect goods for the charity Support Our Soldiers. They want customers to bring in unwanted items to help top up parcels being sent, and to donate shoeboxes and wrapping papers.

Caroline said: "Something as small as packs of sweets, or biscuits, or shower gels and razors are affordable to almost anyone. This way it just helps them know we're thinking about them."

Donations can be dropped off at the High Street shop up to November 21.
