VistaScape Security Systems, the leader in integrated security and surveillance management software, is pleased to announce that Glenn McGonnigle, a recent member of the company's advisory board, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and President.

In his new role McGonnigle will focus on strategically positioning the company for further sales and expansion.

McGonnigle, with nearly 20 years of software industry experience, was a co-founder and former senior business development executive of Internet Security Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISSX). Most recently he led the company's strategic alliances team forging a number of key partnerships including BellSouth and EDS. During his tenure at ISS, total revenue grew from $350,000 in 1995 to over $223,000,000 in 2001.

McGonnigle sits on various advisory boards and is a director of security software firm Q1 Labs.

Prior to joining ISS, McGonnigle was president and co-founder of Data Integrity Services Corporation, an early stage provider of WAN-based data management services. Throughout his career, McGonnigle has remained focused on emerging technologies and has held a variety of sales and marketing management positions at EMC Corporation, Epoch Systems, Borland International, and Wang Laboratories. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia.
