combined to become Co-Counsel's new office in the region.

- Lit Support Services, L.P. in Dallas is a computerized

litigation support company with clients in the southwestern United

States that specializes in providing law firms and corporations

with document management, retrieval and presentation capabilities

- Southern Staffing, Inc. provides temporary and full-time

legal staffing services, including administrators, law clerks,

paralegals, litigation support, legal secretaries, word processors,

receptionists, accountants/bookkeepers and file clerks in Fort

Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa.
