Clyebury Acquires Interest in MLTI.

BRISBANE, Australia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 2000

Brisbane based International Consultancy Group, DINTMINSTER PTY LTD., released details today of the acquisition by CLYEBURY PTY LTY can 090 987 965 of a majority interest in MLTI, a Publicly Traded U.S. Corporation.

Under the terms of agreement MLT Inc. contemporaneously acquired Probity Limited, a development stage company whose team pioneered and developed the Probity Gradient(TM) which measures and visualizes information risk vulnerability associated with existing enterprise networks and IT operations. Probity applications are under license to the DSC Corporation which provides mission critical software for US Defense applications, including secure communications. Probity plans soon to operate trusted web sites through several ASPs in the US and UK. The company will serve other vertical markets indirectly through established ASPs and IT service providers in Financial, Healthcare and National Security businesses.

Managing Director of Dintminster Pty Ltd., Mr. Verne Gardiner said that the acquisition by Clyebury Pty Ltd, of control of MLTI, completes the first stage of planned acquisitions in the US market and negotiations are underway with another US Corporation which when completed will provide a vehicle for businesses associated with Clyebury's executives. Clyebury Pty Ltd is a private holding company formed by a group from China with extensive interests in electronic engineering design & installation, insurance, labour & employment, hotel & entertainment.

Mr. Gardiner said negotiations are currently underway by consultants with certain Government agencies for the Probity Gradient(TM), to be introduced as backbone security technology in China, as well there is discussions for the establishment of a national trade exchange which when approved would be implemented through the groups existing network.
