Cluster File Systems Expands Management Team.

BOULDER, Colo. & TAMPA, Fla. -- Cluster File Systems[TM], Inc. (CFS), announced that it has expanded its management team significantly in concordance with the Company's growth. CFS develops and supports the Lustre[R] File System, a highly scalable, parallel file system for Linux clustered computing. The Lustre File System is open source software. It has seen strong acceptance in the Linux supercomputing community and currently supports many of the world's largest high-performance computer clusters.

According to Dr. Peter Braam, President and CEO of Cluster File Systems, "Lustre has become the file system of choice for many Linux supercomputer users. Our user base has grown considerably, and we have formed numerous strategic partnerships with vendors and customers over the past 10 months. We are expanding our management team to better support this community, and to provide for future growth."

New members of the CFS Management Team include:

P. Kevin Canady, VP of Business Development

Mr. Canady is charged with developing and executing the Company's long-range business strategy. He is responsible for creating new users and developing and managing strategic partnerships with customers and vendors. An 18-year technology veteran, he was vice president at Edison Group Inc., a leading product and market intelligence company, where he was responsible for managing competitive sales initiatives for HP, SUN, Oracle and Cisco. His experience also includes senior sales and marketing positions at Verity, Viador and Oracle Corporation.

Thomas Tennessen, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tennessen will oversee the Company's financial operations. He has extensive experience in finance, accounting and management at both private and publicly traded companies, and at companies backed by venture capital. Over the past 20 years, he has served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary, VP of Finance, and Controller for technology and manufacturing organizations. His experience includes: Initial Public Offerings, the NASDAQ Small Capital market, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Tennessen earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his CPA license in Colorado in 1986.

Andy Rudoff, Director of Technology

Mr. Rudoff is responsible for overseeing the Company's technology development effort. With 20 years of experience in the software industry, he has extensive knowledge of operating systems, networking, file systems and RAS. He worked at Sun Microsystems for more than a decade in a variety of engineering and management positions, most recently as a software architect in the field of fault management. For his work in this area he was recognized as one of InfoWorld's Innovators of the Year in 2005.

Along with these additions to the management team, CFS is also announcing the appointment of Nicole Brown as Director of Operations and Serge Boyko as Director of Information Technology.
