ClubLink Corporation Reports Improved Quarterly Performance.

KING CITY, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1996--CLUBLINK CORPORATION (TSE:LNK.) today reported substantially improved results for the nine months and quarter ended September 30, 1996.

Net income was $1,609,164 or $0.20 per share for the nine months ended September 30, 1996, compared to a loss of $788,651 or $0.13 per share in 1995. Net income for the three months ended September 30, 1996 was $1,535,673 or $0.19 per share compared to $154,623 or $0.03 per share in 1995.

Cash provided by operating activities before changes in non-cash working capital was $4,016,848 or $0.49 per share in the nine months ended September 30, 1996 up from $1,466,768 or $0.25 per share in the comparable period in 1995. Cash provided by operating activities before changes in non-cash working capital was $2,431,793 or $0.29 per share in the three months ended September 30, 1995 up from $932,693 or $0.15 per share in the comparable period in 1995.

Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 1996 was $18,705,994, up 21 percent over $15,415,303 during the same period in 1995. Revenue for the three months ended September 30, 1996 was $9,746,712, up 22 percent over $7,956,540 during the same period in 1995.

Income before depreciation, interest and taxes was up 74 percent to $5,908,344 for the nine months ended September 30, 1996, compared to $3,398,898 for the comparable 1995 period. Income before depreciation, interest and taxes was up 70 percent to $3,064,155 for the three months ended September 30, 1996, compared to $1,807,835 for the third quarter in 1995.
