Letters of Transmittal relating to the share consolidation will be mailed today to registered shareholders providing instructions for the exchange of their existing common share certificates for new common share certificates of ClubLink evidencing the post consolidation common shares. The common shares will be posted for trading on The Toronto Stock Exchange Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) Canada's largest stock exchange, trading approximately 1,200 company stocks and 33 options. on a consolidated basis on June 20, 1996.
