Cloudbreak to Commence Exploration on Its 100% Owned Romanian Au-Ag & Base Metals Prospect.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CDB) (FWB:C6K) A mining exploration company with primary assets in Turkey, Romania, and Argentina is pleased to advise that its 100% owned Romanian company, Stellar Minerale Srl, whose principal asset is a 100% interest in a mineral exploration license ("License") for the Muntele Rotund property with an area of 64 square kilometres (6400 ha), located approximately 40 km west of the 15.8 Million ounce Au world class Rosia Montana gold deposit has been granted the following from the Romanian National Agency for Mineral Resources ("NAMR") and/or the relevant jurisdictions:

--Approval of its first year exploration program.

--Approval of its Environmental rehabilitation plan.

--Authorizations and clearance notifications from the relevant authorities in Arad and Deva counties where the license is located.

--The approval for land access and access has been granted.

The Company has also commenced work on the following:

--A comprehensive stream, soil and rock sampling program to follow up on historical encouraging results.

--Geophysical survey (ground magnetic).

--ICP and AA mineralogical and physical assays.

--Trenching and channelling.

--Map and Data processing and interpretation (including old data re-processing), geo-reports and feasibility studies to confirm promising historical results.

--IP survey (pole-dipole, on 6-11 levels, up to 250 - 300m depth; quick IP minimum 25x25m grid).

--Pole/dipole lines across main gold trends focused on vein development and the degree of dissemination in the proximity of veins to conduct a successful drilling program.

--Ground magnetic surveys (T/gradiometer) to delineate intrusive structures and hornfels surrounding.

--The purchase of data from the NAMR to reprocess:

--  Luncsoara Prospect IP gradient map

        --  Gaina Prospect ground magnetic map (vertical component)

        --  Gravity map of RM prospect

        --  Air magnetic data of Apuseni Mts. (1:200.000 scale)

Results showing Gold up to 2.12 g/t - silver up to 421 g/t have been confirmed, hosted mainly by hornfelsed rocks, fine grained, grey to black in color, silicified, in proximity of intrusive Paleogene bodies. The Company is planning to follow up with a drill program with both pre-defined high grade targets and results from work in progress.

The exploration program was prepared by Valhalla Resources Ltd., a private exploration company with assets in Romania and Turkey, who will be the operator on behalf of the Company.

The Company further announces that it has agreed to the rescission of its option agreement with Continuum Resources Ltd. on the Talea Property in Mexico. The Companies have executed a mutual release whereby Continuum will return 250,000 shares of Cloudbreak Resources to the Company and return funds in the amount of $208,979. As a result of the inability of the operator to secure access to the property from the surface landholders for a number of months in Talea, Cloudbreak has committed to focusing its efforts on its properties in Turkey and Romania.
