Cloudbreak Hits Cu-Au Mineralization on its 100% Owned Muntele Rotund License in Romania.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Cloudbreak Resources Ltd (TSX Venture:CDB)(FWB:C6K) a mining exploration Company with primary assets in Turkey and Romania, is pleased to announce the results of its first stage exploration program on its 100% owned Muntele Rotund property, Romania.

Highlights

* Initial rock sampling survey yielded mineralization up to 19.3 g/t Au, 10.2% Cu and 44 g/t Ag.

* Soil sampling survey outlined a geochemical Zn-Au-Ag+/Pb anomaly, defining the Martin Hill prospect.

* Ground magnetic and IP surveys are underway.

The 65 km2 Muntele Rotund property is located in the western part of Romania, 40 km west of the world-class Rosia Montana gold deposit, in the western part of the Tethyan mineralization belt. The license area contains arc-magmatic rocks of Tertiary age, largely consisting of grano-dioritic intrusives and related porphyric andesites, typical of volcanic arc environments, where epithermal gold-silver mineralization can be expected.

A compilation of historic exploration activity has defined a Au-Cu-Ag-Zn+/-Pb-Mo bearing area. In the early 1960's, the state exploration company "Prospectiuni si Laboratoare"(PL) performed a detailed survey in this area consisting of mapping, rock sampling (including channeling), and an exploration gallery. A channel sample taken from the gallery returned 7 g/t Au, 41 g/t Ag, 2.13% Cu over 0.4 m in skarn, as stated in a report by PL (not NI 43-101-compliant).

Cloudbreak's recent soil-sampling campaign outlined a Zn-Au-Ag+/-Pb anomaly, defining the Martin Hill prospect within the Muntele Rotund license area. This prospect area is approximately 7 km2, with the rediscovered old exploration gallery located in the central part of the area. The soil-sampling grid is 200 m x 200 m, covering over 6.5 km2with 196 samples. Follow-up rock sampling, with a total of 58 grab samples, has returned significant Au, Cu and Ag contents. The best sample, a well mineralized skarn collected from float, yielded 19.3 g/t Au, 10.2% Cu, and 44 g/t Ag. This high-grade sample is strongly oxidized and indicates a gossan zone in the area that is probably not outcropping. Other samples with more disseminated mineralization, collected from the same area, yielded up to 0.77 g/t Au and 0.25% Cu.

For locating the extent of magnetite-bearing skarn and associated base and precious metal mineralization, a geophysical program is underway, consisting of ground magnetic and IP surveys. These surveys are designed to develop a drilling program to be executed in 2007.

All samples were prepared and analyzed by the ALS Chemex Laboratory from Abrud, Alba County, Romania. Assaying is by 30 g fire assay with AA finish for Au and further 6 elements by aqua regia digestion. ALS Chemex has ISO 9001:2000 certification in North America.

Dr. Martin S. Oczlon, P. Geo., has acted as the qualified person as identified by National Instrument 43-101, and reviewed and verified the technical content of this release.
