Clothing firm inks lease.


The Kaufman Organization recently helped broker a seven-year, 7,904 s/f lease at 1384 Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Throughout its length Broadway is chiefly a commercial street. , on behalf of Jeffrey Craig Craig   , Edward Gordon 1872-1966.

British theatrical producer, director, and designer whose innovative productions and simplified stage designs influenced modern theater.
, Ltd., a clothing wholesaler.

Jeffrey Craig, Ltd. is a private label clothing company manufactures the clothing brand, "Ingredients."

1411 Broadway, a 25-story building managed by Helmsley-Spear, Inc., was built in 1928. Jeffrey Craig, Ltd. moved from 1411 Broadway to the new location in order to accommodate the growth of their current operations. The space will be used to house the executive offices and showrooms.

David E. Ash of the Kaufman Organization represented the tenant in the transaction. Mark Salmon of Helmsley-Spear, Inc. represented the tenant. Although terms of the lease were undisclosed, asking rents were $35 per square foot.
